JAC operates with a certified quality management system and a portfolio of technical qualifications covering every aspect of production and works execution, certified by accredited bodies to the most widely recognised international standards. Certifications are not a final destination but an ongoing journey: every jobsite, every contract and every supply is executed in accordance with validated procedures subject to periodic audits.

ISO 9001:2015 certification attests that JAC has implemented and maintains an effective Quality Management System, focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of company processes.

Industrially Processed Ready-Mixed Concrete

FPC Certificate · SI Cert Italy S.r.l. · Cert. No. SCI-CLS-29

JAC produces industrially processed ready-mixed concrete certified under the Italian Technical Standards for Construction (D.M. 17 January 2018). The certificate is issued by SI Cert Italy S.r.l., a notified body authorised by the Italian Superior Council of Public Works (Decree No. 272 of 13/12/2021).

The Factory Production Control (FPC) certificate attests that every batch of concrete meets the declared strength class, workability, durability and composition. The certificate is subject to annual independent surveillance by an accredited body.

CE Marking — Materials Production

The aggregates extracted from JAC quarries and the bituminous mixtures produced are CE marked in accordance with the Construction Products Regulation (EU Reg. 305/2011). CE marking attests that factory production control is verified by independent notified body LLC Certification (Prague — notification No. 2435).

Aggregates for Concrete

Aggregates conforming to the harmonised standard for the production of structural and ready-mixed concrete.

EN 13043:2013

Aggregates for Road Pavements

Aggregates for bituminous mixtures and surface treatments for roads, airports and trafficked areas.

EN 13242+A1:2007

Aggregates for Civil Engineering Works

Unbound and hydraulically bound aggregates for use in civil engineering and road construction.

EN 13383-1:2002

Armourstone

Rock armour for coastal protection, embankments and river defences.

EN 13108-1:2016

Bituminous Mixtures

Production of bituminous concrete: base course, binder course and wearing course for quality road pavements.

SOA Qualification — Public Contract Eligibility

JAC holds SOA qualification for the execution of public works, issued by CERTYCEQ in accordance with the Italian Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023). The qualification provides independent verification of the company’s technical, economic and organisational capacity.

Qualification categories and classifications:

  • OG3 — Roads, motorways, bridges, viaducts, railways and engineering works — Class III-BIS
  • OS1 — Earthworks
