2. Types of Data Processed
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures operating this website collect, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is inherent in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, enable users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the server’s response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computing environment.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included. Specifically, the contact form collects: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message text.
Cookies and local storage technologies
The website uses exclusively technically necessary first-party cookies (in particular, localStorage for the cookie banner preference). No profiling cookies or third-party cookies for advertising purposes are used. For further details, please refer to the Cookie Policy.
Data processed through third-party services
For the correct operation and provision of the website’s services, the following third-party services are used:
- Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA): typographic fonts loaded via Google CDN. When the page loads, the user’s browser contacts Google servers, transmitting the IP address. Google Fonts does not install cookies but may log the access for up to 24–48 hours.
- Google Maps (Google LLC, USA): interactive map service available on the Contact page. The map is loaded only upon manual activation by the user (click on “Show map”); only at that point may Google’s servers install third-party cookies and collect data.
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com): service for receiving messages submitted via the contact form. Data entered in the form (first name, last name, email, phone, message) is transmitted to Web3Forms, which delivers it to JAC’s email address. Web3Forms does not install cookies and does not retain data beyond message delivery.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to contact requests – legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);

- Website security and fraud prevention – legal basis: legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Processing Methods
Processing is carried out using computer and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and, in any event, in a manner that ensures the security and confidentiality of the data. Data is processed by duly authorised and instructed personnel, bound by confidentiality obligations.
5. Retention Period
Data provided through the contact form is retained for the time strictly necessary to manage the request and, thereafter, for a period not exceeding 12 months, unless longer legal retention obligations apply (e.g. for tax or accounting purposes).
Browsing data is retained in server logs for 7 days, for IT security purposes.

Due to the use of Google Fonts and Google Maps (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) and the Web3Forms service, data may be transferred to the United States of America, a third country with respect to the European Economic Area.
Such transfers are carried out in compliance with the guarantees provided for in Art. 46 GDPR, in particular on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission, and any supplementary measures implemented by the providers following the judgment of the Court of Justice of the EU (Case C-311/18, “Schrems II”).
